Graduate Programs

We believe every child deserves a quality education that will help them succeed.

That's why we are preparing teachers and school leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to confront and solve complex challenges in today’s K-12 schools.

In fact, Â鶹ֱ²¥ is on a mission to become a national model of excellence in educating students who want to serve as teacher-leaders.

If you have a passion for teaching, if you believe education has the power to transform lives and communities, and if you believe every child has the capacity to learn, let's talk.

Why earn a master's degree in education?

Whether you are an adult career-changer or a licensed teacher who wants to take your career to the next level, earning a master's degree in education is a great choice.

  • Earning an advanced degree demonstrates to K-12 school superintendents, principals, and program directors that you have the academic knowledge and experience to serve as a valuable member of the team. In addition, a master's degree may make you eligible for some teaching positions at the community college or university levels.
  • With a master's degree, you'll have the educational credentials required to pursue more job opportunities and promotions, including those that offer the potential to earn a higher salary.
  • You'll be well-prepared to help all students achieve the best possible learning outcomes and greater levels of educational attainment.
