Master of Science in Reading Science Program (Online)

Â鶹ֱ²¥ proudly introduces its M.S. in Reading Science program, designed to elevate educators' expertise in literacy instruction. This innovative program, offered through the esteemed Fred S. Klipsch Educators College, presents a unique opportunity for educators to specialize in the Science of Reading. The Reading Science program is an entirely online, 34-credit hour, part-time program, making it accessible and convenient for working professionals.

In our M.S. in Reading Science program, educators gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills essential for boosting literacy rates among P-12 students. Upon completing this program, graduates are well-equipped to apply evidence-based practices to improve reading and written expression for all children.

Reading Science Curriculum

The curriculum of Â鶹ֱ²¥'s M.S. in Reading Science aligns with the latest research and educational standards, ensuring that educators are prepared to implement effective literacy strategies. The M.A. Rooney Scholarship

As part of the launch of the M.S. in Reading Science, Â鶹ֱ²¥ has partnered with the M.A. Rooney Foundation, which has committed to providing a competitive scholarship to those enrolled in the program and who teach or lead teachers in an Indiana public, charter, or private school. The M.A. Rooney Scholarship, worth $5,000 towards the cost of the degree, will be granted to those who meet or exceed the set criteria.
