The Women of Â鶹ֱ²¥ Summer Luncheon is the society’s signature event that will bring together over 300 women from the Â鶹ֱ²¥ and Indianapolis community. Enjoy mimosas and lunch before hearing from a panel of women who are leaders in the business community.

About the Society

The Women of Â鶹ֱ²¥ Society honors Â鶹ֱ²¥’s foundresses, the Sisters of St. Francis, Oldenburg, Indiana, by supporting Â鶹ֱ²¥ students and providing networking opportunities for women of all generations who are aligned with Â鶹ֱ²¥’s mission. Members of this society collectively fund scholarships that support students during the entirety of their educational journey with Â鶹ֱ²¥.

KurczMadeline Kurcz, CPA
Assistant Professor of Accounting at Â鶹ֱ²¥

In her role at Â鶹ֱ²¥, Madeline helps undergraduate students learn, love, and master accounting concepts by bringing creativity, versatility, and enthusiasm into the classroom. She teaches a diverse range of accounting courses, aiming to make the intricacies of the "language of business" accessible to students of all learning styles.

In the wake of the 120-to-sit rules change for CPA candidates in Indiana, Madeline developed a mentorship program to guide students through the complexities of preparing, applying, and sitting for the CPA exam. Madeline co-advises the Women in Business student organization and serves as the school of business representative on the faculty senate.

Prior to teaching at Â鶹ֱ²¥, Madeline worked at  and , where she served an array of audit and assurance clients, both local and global. Additionally, while working at The Watermark Group, her team was contracted to process applications for the Indiana Small Business Restart Grant. She is proud to have contributed to the approval of over $30M of COVID-related financial relief to small businesses across Indiana.

Madeline received undergraduate degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Â鶹ֱ²¥. She maintains a CPA license in the state of Indiana and will graduate with a master’s in accounting and data Analytics from  in August 2024. She is a member of the  and . She is a 2024 graduate of the Indiana CPA Society’s “.” Madeline was recognized as one of Indy’s “” by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana in 2024 and an .

In August 2024, Madeline will begin a new chapter as Assistant Teaching Professor of Accounting at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS). She looks forward to climbing in Pikes Peak and enjoying 300 days of sun with her partner, Zach, and her English Bulldog, Harley. She will continue to assist with Â鶹ֱ²¥’s CPA  mentorship program, among other roles.

moungeyChristina L. Moungey
Managing Director, Indiana and Ohio Region Manager,

Christina is a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase and serves as the Region Manager for Indiana and Ohio . In this role, she leads the team responsible for developing client relationships with mid-sized businesses across Indiana and Ohio. In addition, she also serves as co-chair of the Indiana Market Leadership Team, where she works to deliver the firm locally to employees, clients and the community. Christina was named as Region Manager in May 2018.

Christina has been with JPMorgan Chase & Co and its predecessor institutions for over 24 years. Prior to joining the Middle Market segment, Christina spent 14 years managing a portfolio of mid- and large-cap clients in the firm’s Midwest Corporate Client Banking group, delivering the firm’s credit, investment banking, treasury services and asset management platforms to clients in Indiana and Ohio. Christina started her career with the firm as an Analyst in the Bank One Credit Analyst Training Program in Indianapolis. She has also held roles in Bank One’s Capital Markets Regional Mergers and Acquisitions and Large Corporate Banking groups and has spent time in the firm’s Indianapolis, Chicago, Toronto and London offices. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in International Business from  and also studied International Business at Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Dijon, France. She holds her Series 24, 7 and 63 licenses. Christina is a board member of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), , and . She is active in the firm’s diversity and recruiting efforts and was recently named to the .

Christina and her husband, Jeremy, live in Carmel, Indiana, with their two sons, Miles and Oliver, and two dogs, Sadie and Uno.

President,

Lacy is a proud graduate of  where she received bachelor’s degrees in both Exercise Science and Political Science. She holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from  - Bloomington and has completed the Executive Education Program in Corporate Board Governance at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at . Lacy currently serves as the President of the Lacy Foundation which runs the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series®, from which she is a graduate of SKL Class XXXVI. Previous professional positions include the Assistant Director of Student Activities and Organizations at Missouri State University and as the Program Director for Greek Life at the . 

Currently, Lacy serves on the boards of , chair-elect for the , and the . She also serves as a national vice president for  Fraternity, Inc. and on the Board of Directors for the Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation. Previous board involvement includes the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, and the Children’s Museum Guild.

Jill and her husband, Peter, have three adult children and live in Carmel.

Executive Counselor,

Michele is a 1991 graduate of Â鶹ֱ²¥ along with her husband and eldest daughter. Michele is an Executive Counselor with Info-Tech and partners with CIOs and executive IT leaders to achieve and sustain success by identifying their key opportunities to increase business value, foster innovation, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance client engagement. 

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in Business and Information Technology (IT), Michele represents expansive knowledge in Business and IT governance, planning, and management practices, including strategic planning, portfolio/program/project management, demand management, Agile delivery, business relationship management, communication, Lean Six Sigma, and organizational change management. Michele maintains a keen awareness of IT risk/value trade-offs and the importance of maintaining appropriate blend of people, process, and technology change as critical success factors in any IT-related transformation. 

She brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical and financial services and life insurance sectors. She has achieved repeated success directing mission-critical technology and organizational transformations involving large-scale enterprise growth, cultural and digital transformation, and crisis management. 

Before joining Info-Tech from , Michele established/directed IT strategy, planning, and business relationship management functions along with growing business acumen with roles in Enterprise Strategy, Emergency Coordination and Communication lead for the pandemic, and creating and building OneAmerica’s Enterprise Customer Experience Practice. She also held numerous positions in IT and the Business at .

Michele maintains an innovative spirit and is passionate about collaborating, problem solving and the opportunity to grow others. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art with honors, a Masters Degree in Fine Arts with honors, and certification in Lean Six Sigma and has completed  program.
