Ethical Leadership in a Complex World Workshop

This workshop is appropriate for the individual leader looking to improve his/her skill in fostering collaboration, effective problem solving, and generally better ethics outcomes for their organization. It is ALSO appropriate for a company wishing to have a team of its leaders work together toward more cohesive and effective decision-making, especially where ethical concerns play a role.

Advanced Topics in Ethics & Compliance Management

ethical leadershipLearn from the experts – senior subject matter experts from top US companies teach each of the courses in the Advanced Topics series. Five courses (detailed below) in relevant topic areas for professionals and managers. Certification in Advanced Topics in E&C Management can be earned by completing all five courses plus the Capstone course – 6 courses in total.

Each course provides a deep dive into priority areas of ethics and compliance management while facilitating critical thinking. The diverse participant group provides a forum for ongoing exploration, dialogue, and networking.  Each course is taught over 2 sessions of 2-3 hours each. Each session will be separated by 2 weeks to allow for a group project between sessions.

Networking and expanding your circle of compliance and ethics colleagues is a key component of the certification. For this reason, we recommend committing to the full series of courses, ending with the Capstone course. However, you can take up to 2 years to complete all 6 courses and still earn the certification.

This series is currently offered virtually through Â鶹ֱ²¥ to accommodate a global audience.

Cost for All 6 courses (and Certification): $1500
