Are you interested in gaining leadership experience and assisting students who live in one of our on-campus communities?
Being an RA can provide you with skills in leadership, conflict resolution and mediation, time management, and creativity.
Each applicant must attend 1 of the following RA Information Sessions. All sessions will begin at 7pm, run for no more than an hour, and are located in The Norman Center Board Room (NC 222).
One reference must be a current or recent Residential and Commuter Life staff member (within the past 2 years).
The second reference can be from anyone who can speak to your skills related to the RA position – such as time management and relationship building. This reference cannot be a student or family member.
*Trainings are required. RAO and MYRAO occur before classes begin each semester and RAs must return to campus early
