Catering and Dining Services

Â鶹ֱ²¥'s exclusive food service provider is Classic Fare Catering/Â鶹ֱ²¥ Dining Services. All food service arrangements, including dining hall usage and all catering must be made through Classic Fare Catering.

Alcohol and Bar Service

Alcohol for events must be provided by Â鶹ֱ²¥ in accordance with the Â鶹ֱ²¥ Alcohol Service Policy. Bar pricing available by request. Please contact the Office of University Events and Engagement for more information. 

Contact the Director of University Events and Engagement for assistance in choosing a unique menu for you and your guests. Should you require a customized menu let us know. Our staff will work with you to handle these arrangements. All special requests will be charged accordingly.

Wedding cakes/desserts are welcome but must come from a Certified Health Department Licensed establishment.

Dining Services Summer Camps & Conferences Procedures

The Director of University Events and Engagement will provide Classic Fare Catering with preliminary information regarding your camp or conference needs. Thereafter, it is the responsibility of the camp/conference coordinator to communicate with the Office of University Events and Engagement more specific details.

  • An estimated guest count is required at the time services are scheduled
  • All plates, flatware, and glassware must be returned to the dish room before leaving the dining room. If the dining room is left in poor condition (i.e. plates, and/or trash left on tables) the camp or conference group will incur additional cleaning charges.
  • Shoes and Shirts must be worn at all times in the dining room.
  • Respectable and appropriate behavior is expected at all times.
  • No Horseplay or foul language will be allowed.
  • Any group participants under 16 years of age must be chaperoned at all times in the dining room.
  • Lost items will be held by the dining room manager until end of service on that day, at which point the items will be taken to the police office
  • A post event invoice (to include add-on meals and incidentals) will be available within one week of the last food and beverage event held with Classic Fare Catering.
  • Full payment is expected within 30 days of final undisputed invoice.
  • Late charges may be incurred should payment not be received within this time frame.
