Advanced Study and Dual Credit Programs

Talk to Us About Earning Dual High School and College Credit

Get a jump start on your college career! Â鶹ֱ²¥'s Advanced Study and Dual Credit Programs provide you with an excellent opportunity to earn college credit before you finish high school.

  • Our rigorous, college-level courses enable you to simultaneously earn BOTH high school and college credit.
  • By taking advanced study or dual-credit courses in high school, you'll have fewer courses to complete toward earning your college degree.
  • You'll also save money on tuition expenses with our discounted tuition rates for advanced study and dual-credit students!

How Does it Work?

The credits you earn will transfer toward an associate's or bachelor's degree at Â鶹ֱ²¥. In most cases, they will also transfer to other colleges.

  • Credits earned from Â鶹ֱ²¥ are generally accepted in transfer by other colleges and universities provided you receive a grade of C or higher for each course you take.
  • Each college has different guidelines, however. There is no guarantee that your credits will transfer toward a degree from every university to which you might apply in the future.

If you are admitted to our Advanced Study or Dual Credit Programs, you agree to abide by all university policies and procedures, including those for tuition and fee payment. Enrolling in this program does not commit you to attend Â鶹ֱ²¥ after you finish high school.

What's the Difference Between Advanced Study and Dual Credit?

The Advanced Study Program allows you to take in-person college courses at one of our Indiana campus locations.  The Dual Credit Program offers Â鶹ֱ²¥ coursework within your high school during the regular school day.
