  • Writing for graduate and professional students
  • Library Research
  • Educational Technology

All resources are included in tuition for all graduate and professional programs. Our mission is to provide you with resources and tools to support your academic success.

Graduate Consultations

Graduate Consultations are 60-minute appointments available through .

  • Login with your Â鶹ֱ²¥ credentials.
  • Select the appropriate schedule.
  • Refine your search, using the drop-down boxes.
  • Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointment Types:

  • Face-to-face
    • Held in the Academic Commons (first floor of Mother Theresa Hackelmeier Memorial Library).
  • Online 
    • Log into WCOnline 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
    • Open your appointment and click "Start or Join Online Consultation" to begin via WebEx.
  • Asynchronous
    • An option for students who cannot meet during available hours.
    • Within 2 business days, you will receive an email response with comments and feedback.

No Editing / Proofreading Policy:

Our Writing Consultants do not provide page by page copy editing services and will not line edit or proofread documents for students. With sentence-level work, Writing Consultants will help writers learn how to identify and correct errors.

Writing Consultations

Professional graduate-level writing consultants are here to help elevate your writing. We help craft quality academic papers, literature reviews, journal articles, presentations, scholarship applications, personal statements, theses, dissertations, capstones, or any other writing task.

These consultations offer personalized feedback and suggestions at any stage of the writing process.

ELL/Multilingual Writing Support

The Academic Commons team has professional consultants who support Multilingual students with:

  • Writing at all levels.
  • Reading comprehension and understanding assignment expectations.
  • English language structure, grammar, and pronunciation.
  • Public Speaking presentations.

Both face-to-face and online tutoring appointments are available through and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
