Dean's Welcome

Greg Rawski
Greg Rawski, Ph.D
Dean

In our School of Business, you will receive an exceptional education in the Franciscan Tradition to prepare you for success.

You will work with peers, professors, and regional business leaders to apply what you learn, building innovative solutions to real-world challenges for companies such as Eli Lilly, Ernst & Young, Salesforce, Old National Bank, Rolls-Royce, Cummins, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

We are on the cutting edge of business education through innovative programs in moral capitalism, entrepreneurship, leadership, financial wellness, personal selling, applied business ethics and more. You’ll also benefit from our newest academic building, the Paul J. Norman Center, a state-of-the-art learning facility with classrooms and collaboration areas wired with the latest technologies – including our Cisco Digital Classroom.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to compete in a number of exciting case competitions. Our students won the National Team Selling Championship (2024), CFA State Championship (2022), and placed third in the AMA Case Competition sponsored by Wall Street Journal (2023).

Business students have outstanding career outcomes. Every student completes at least one internship and our average starting salary is $61,968.

You will meet many life-long friends at Â鶹ֱ²¥. Our students have big hearts and care deeply about others. We are an academic family and are a great home.

When you tour campus, please visit the School of Business Dean’s office. I would love to see you!
