Â鶹ֱ²¥ Ancilla College announces the return of evening courses for fall 2024."Historically, the college has provided evening courses, and we are excited to reintroduce them
to our course schedules, " said Natalie Tucker, Ph.D., vice president and academic dean. "This
initial offering aims to engage the interest of the local community. We plan to expand and offer
more evening courses in the spring. "
There are three evening classes, catering to both traditional and non-traditional students, as well
as anyone interested in taking night courses. The courses available are as follows:
SOC 101: Introduction to Sociology – Taught by Justine Johnson on Wednesdays from
6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
PSY 220: Human Growth and Development – Taught by Lana Singleton on Mondays
from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
ESS 245: Theory of Speed and Athletic Development – Taught by Mat Ferriter on
Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
These classes provide an excellent opportunity to explore college courses, and they are fully
transferable into our programs. The cost and application process for these evening classes are the
same as for traditional students.
