Adam Roose ’26, a 2022 Ancilla College at Â鶹ֱ²¥ graduate, will head to Nishinomiya, Japan in Spring 2023. The Â鶹ֱ²¥ management major, who's now studying at Â鶹ֱ²¥ Indianapolis, won a four-thousand-dollar Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to study abroad. “We are proud of Adam’s achievement since his professional aspirations involve working for a Japanese company. This experience will help him learn the Japanese culture quickly,” said Â鶹ֱ²¥ Study Abroad Director Wendy Westphal, Ph.D.
The U.S. Department of State program allows students the opportunity to gain proficiency in diverse languages and cultures as well as skills that are critically important to their academic and career development.
