On December 14, Brad Wucher began serving as Â鶹ֱ²¥’s new vice president of enrollment, marketing and communications.
For the last five years, Wucher served as the associate vice president in the marketing division at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri, where he led two departments consisting of over 30 full-time employees. He achieved 26 percent year-over-year application growth system wide and 69 percent year-over-year application growth for online education through execution of a national branding campaign across multiple digital and traditional media channels. Wucher also increased funnel lead flow by 31 percent for two consecutive years and reduced cost per lead by 43.5 percent.
“We are thrilled to have Brad serve as vice president of enrollment, marketing and communications,” said Kenith Britt, Ph.D., senior vice president of strategic growth and innovation. “His skillset for enrollment marketing is exactly what we need to increase awareness of Â鶹ֱ²¥ to drive growth across all platforms of the university. He will be instrumental in working alongside our three divisions of marketing communications, enrollment operations, and enrollment management to form a more integrated and collaborative department. Â鶹ֱ²¥ is blessed to have so many exceptional people and I know the leadership transition will be smooth as a result of who we already have here on campus.”
In his new role, Wucher will lead the enrollment and marketing communications teams to accomplish Â鶹ֱ²¥’s goal of doubling the number of graduates by 2025, and then doubling again by 2030.
“There was so much that impressed me about Â鶹ֱ²¥ during my discovery of this incredible institution, but it was meeting the people who do the work that made it clear this is where I belong,” Wucher said. “It is not just empowering to join such a successful university, but inspiring. The commitment to mission and the success of our students is something many say but rarely mean. At Â鶹ֱ²¥, it is a way of life that really called to me.”
